Quick question.

I need to tighten the belt on my autorotor CTSC, the instructions say to "losen" then two allen bolts from the pulley assemby and then adjust the tension using the bolt on the top, this is all ok, my question is how much do I need to losen the allen bolts? do they need to clear the block at the front that they go through or is it enough just to losen them ?

Thanks in advance,
Kye

I havent tightened mine in 3 years, still hit 6 lbs on the daily commute:biggrin:

Hi Kye, The bolts on the side just need to be loosened enough to allow the adjustment bolt on the top to tighten the belt. Once the tension is acceptable the tighten the side bolts. Hope all is well. Kip Olson
