Tilt steering lever stuck.

I have been trying to adjust my steering wheel position since I got the car. However, the lever seems to be stuck??? Help please. Ty

Mine was really stuck too - I think I carefully pryed it with a padded screwdriver or something - it eventually budged and now works OK.

Not sure if you know this, but the lever on the left side, of the steering column is for telescoping the wheel. The tilt feature is a button on the bottom side of the column
