Its an adjustable prototype rear cf spoiler from Honda R&D.
We had that version here and decided not to produce them in year 2002.

That spoiler was installed at the test mule NSX-R, the 1th NSX-R NA2 which Honda produced.
This car is in german hands now. :wink:

The answer is the guage set itself ... Vance has the OEM NSX-R dash in kph, hence the 11 km reading and no cruise control lights.

Vance, have you got the tacho lights working now?
