Wheel Shaking..

OK I got my new pads on and turned rotors and when I went the freeway lately I noticed it shakes the steering wheel at 60~67 MPH for a few min then calms down.. any suggestions to why?

prior to the new brake pads it never happened

Were the rotors turned on the car? If not, that would be suspect.
