Where to find BBSC aluminum couplers?

My couplers seem to have failed. Does anyone know where to get the aluminum coupler, set screws, and keys?

I was able to find all the other parts (bearings, oil gaskets, etc) through my research but unfortunately can't find these parts.

Ouch! Yes, I got one made by onestepx who had to call his machinist out of retirement to have it specially manufactured for me. It took about a week. You could try asking him for another one (or just PM me for his number).

How did your coupler end up like that? Did the key fall out?
