They're delicious but damn do they suck to peel! Especially a huge pile! I always end up wondering if it was worth it....
That's alot to pay for mudbugs. Hell, I usually catch them 5-10 lbs at a time out of our backyard creek!

LoL, currently I'm living in the central valley, aka armpit of california to some. We've got canals and creeks all over the valley though. I wouldn't reccommend our creek in particular anymore since it's gotten kinda funky in the past few years. But further up the canal system would be perfect.

Hahahaha, we've been eating Crawfish for since April when they look like mini-lobsters. The place we go to sells them for $3.99 a lb. straight from Louisiana! It is awesome! If you guys ever make it to Houston, goto Hong Kong Mall. It is the best I've had so far.
