NSX Owners, post YOUR garage or workspace.

That looks awesome!!! Question I want to buy a lift. I'm torn between 4 post like yours or two post? I'm not using it for storage just basic maintenance.

Yeah, I debated back and forth between the two for over a year. It depends a lot on your garage size (especially ceiling height) and what you want to do with it. Initially, I was planning on getting a MaxJax, which is a portable 2-post lift that is designed for low ceiling heights. Most 2-post lifts require over 11' foot ceilings. Plus, you need to drill holes into the floor to anchor them. Four-posts don't have to be anchored. You can do routine maintenance with a 4-post, but you probably won't be able to do everything like pulling an engine or even a transmission (although that might be possible). I got a rolling bridge jack with my lift to help with wheels/brakes/suspension work.

4-posts are also a bit more expensive, but are easier to use. You just have to drive it onto the lift rather than trying to line up the car between a 2-post lift and lining up the lift arms. Plus, that extra parking spot may come in handy. It is the perfect spot for the next gen NSX.

So charles-what is your ceiling height? How much clearance is under the nsx? Pics would be great! Can u park the fit under?

I have 10' ceiling in the garage, with the garage door taking about 9" when raised. I can get the NSX 58" off the ground. I might be able to raise it another 4" but it is getting awfully close to the ceiling and I don't want to risk it. Unfortunately, the Fit is too tall to park underneath (it is 60" but the roof antenna adds another 6"). However, it should be high enough to park, say, the next-gen NSX underneath...

I'm trying to fix up my 3 car. I added cabinets a month ago. Just need to paint, add lights and be done. I'm thinking of justing leasing a spot with some buddies for a man cave instead of getting a lift and stuff for the garage.

I spent yesterday on my hands and knees cleaning the garage floor.... then i went outside to play with my dogs and I guess I stepped in dog poo and tracked it all over the floor FML!

Most recent pic of the cabinets and toolbox, looks pretty much the same except a lot cleaner.

Yeah its a pretty convenient set up. I get to park the car by myself and remove it by myself, lock the doors and take the keys with me. No worries about having my car knocked around by garage attendants. I have a key fob that I swipe and the car is pulled on its tray and presented to me within 4 minutes.
Your garage is pretty sweet and super clean!
That's your basic NSX Rolodex. Nice.

I have a 4-pole (after thinking I wanted a 2-pole).
I have 9' ceilings and use it mainly for light maintenance and car stacking/storage (I nose the hood of my daily driver under it).

What he said. Also, I have had NO issues when driving low cars onto my Direct-Lift brand...although none are lower than factory

whoa, what's up with the prancing horse flag overlooking the nsx? Oh man the money I could burn in a space like that!!!

I picked up that while in Vegas. Been looking for a proper NSX, s2000 and BMW flag but not so easy to find nice ones. Any ideas where to source these?
