Synth19 Imola Orange NSX Build

This is a large pic, but I found this on FLICKR. The photo captures my fitment quite well here.

Hotness!

Car is immaculate. Love it.

Only thing I possibly would consider maybe down the road is doing the Model 5's in a gunmetal or something similiar to your Advans...

Does anyone know if they do the front lip for pre 02's please?

Thanx Gents.

I note they don't currently ship outside the USA. If they would consider making for pop ups, I'm happy to run a GB for UK.

Regards, Paul

Paul if you really need something where the company won't ship I will be happy to get it and send it myself to you as a personal favor.

Synth when is your track day? next month? I am still curious about the calipers although as a newbie I am not sure you will get them remotely hot enough.

Is this your car? A buddy of mine was at some car show in Chicago and snapped this pic.

Quick update and a few pics from the track. This was my first experience, but I learned a few things-

1. People seemed to like my car.
2. I'm a pretty shitty track driver.

I taught my friend how to use my camera and put the settings on a semi-auto mode. I did some post production/processing to get these pics to pop. :)

Hang in there you just need more seat time, it was good to see another NSX at the track. Your car is amazing you can tell how much time and effort you have in all the pieces you have chosen for the car. I really enjoyed seeing it in person and meeting you.

By the way the PlastiDip worked out very well, if you track again you should give it some thought, very easy clean up. Takes about two hours to apply and about 15 min to remove. These are iPhone pics so they will not compare to your pics.

What was your longest session and how hard did you brake? I'm still thinking they won't hold up to repeated track days but I am hoping I am wrong.

Car paint when prepped right and applied right is very very durable.

I have seen many many sets of wheels painted over the years and they have withstood heat and wear and tear perfectly.

I believe they'll last just fine

Those shots are amazing. Car looks great Synth, and glad you were able to enjoy the track day!! (even with sacrificing the Jp Aero Lip haha)

Dave, thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I hope to do another event early next year and hoping my confidence improves the next time around. I really need to practice the line, I think that was my biggest issue. Send me your email via PM. I have a nice high res shot of your NSX for your archives. Maybe not the same perspective as the professional shooters, but mine are free. :D

I think 20 minutes was the typical session. How did I brake? Pretty much wrong- early, late, etc. etc. Not going to pretend I turned into a track hero by the end of the day... As I mentioned, I did terrible.

Nice pics! So how does the "hellaflush" suspension handle on the track? I kid, I kid. :D

lol! Not even close to hellaflush! But I did remove a 3mm front spacer and 5mm rear.
