also, philadelphia (the city) is very expensive to insure cars to begin with. luckily you're not in NJ... we have the highest in the nation. i got a quote for an NSX awhile back.. i was about 20 years old, no accident,ticket. and they wanted a $1000 deduct.. and around $3-4k a year full...

i've seen itb's on Top End's nsx. pretty sick! but here in the states, i have yet to see an nsx with itb's. but i think it's pretty common place for s2k's, itr's, preludes, etc. i don't that itbs' are illegal, the sound they give off might be illegal though, since it will go over the allowed...
