Accelerated tire wear, I'd imagine. If the diff spends more time locked up, then you spend more time scrubbing the inside tire through the corners.

These came off a 91 with about 75k miles. Very good condition -- I just upgraded to Zanardis. Asking $100 shipped to the lower 48.

I couldn't find pictures of the toe kit. I assume it only does total toe, and can't measure individual wheels?

I'm not sure I understand where exactly this bushing is. Is there a diagram of it in the service manual?

In case anyone was wondering, my mechanic confirms that the play is coming from the passenger-side inner tie rod end.

So after a couple hundred miles, my troubles haven't completely gone away. Got my face up under the dash, and sure enough, the master cylinder is leaking. I expect this will fix it, but I'll report back when it's replaced.

Ok, thanks. So did you replace all of the locknuts when you did the swap, like it says in the manual? (I think there are ~18 of them) The dealership says they're on backorder, so I'm wondering if I'd be ok reusing the ones on the car.

I got confused because the instructions have an X through that part after they show a picture of you hammering it off of the old shock. I thought that meant throw it away, but apparently not.

I was thinking about that too, but doesn't that lip have to hold the end of the dust boot? If so, do you have your spring perch on the outside of the dust boot, or is the boot held on in some other way?

I finally got around to replacing the tranny fluid. Didn't see any leaks around the slave cylinder. The shifting already feels a lot better -- not perfect, and still slightly notchy, but I've only driven about 20 miles.

So I've just gotten a set of koni sport shocks and Zanardi springs, and I'm considering doing the install myself. I'm finding the picture instructions that come with the shocks a little confusing, though. It looks like you hammer off the lower spring perch and something else that sits right...
