Where are all the Production deliveries ??

Yes, that makes sense. Slowly depreciating cars are a GOOD thing. I sold my 91 NSX around 2004 and ordered a new Ford GT in 2006. I sold the GT about 18 months ago and have been sports-car-less since and developing that itch again.

Where are all the Production deliveries ??

It seems that many of you have chosen to order and perhaps the main reason is the lack of any real inventory to choose from. In ballpark figures, are the dealerships discounting from MSRP? Currently, I've been eyeing some fully optioned 2017's with asking prices in the $140K range. If there...

    ECU question

TINO!!!! What's curious is that the ECU is not attempting to do the test. The monitors are there to indicate that there are no problems - but that the ECU has not run certain tests. In your case this is cat efficiency and evap. Mind you, if the ECU runs either one the result will be that the...

    2017 NSX 3317 Miles $142k

Arranging a private party sell on a lease is essentially the same as having a loan. A third party holds the title and, just like a loan, at any time there is a specific pay-off amount. Satisfy the pay-off and the third party will release the title.

    Mojave Mile - April 10 (and 9)

Man, I think this is my first new thread on the famous NSX Prime in 10 years!! Just want to give everyone a heads up that the Mojave Mile event is coming up in just a couple of weeks on Sunday, April 10. If you have nothing to do and want to take a nice drive out to Mojave, please stop by and...

Any good NSX mechanics in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles County, Calif?

Terry, I think the chances that it is a fuel pump is remote. A much better bet is a gummed up throttle body from the lack of running. There's a REALLY good private shop in Chatsworth - Specialty Z. Obviously, they specialize in Z cars but the two owners are as competent and honest as the day...

Why I am selling my cherished NSX

Holy cow! I don't get over to this forum too often... but shock of all shocks, Ken is selling his car! Ken, no way.... it's not a car for you but a way of life. Perhaps your logic is correct - you're selling it because you're not driving it enough, but there's another way to solve that...

    Battery Tender

The Deltran Battery Tender Junior is a "Float" charger, not a trickle charger. The difference is that many conventional chargers will have a trickle mode - which essentially is just a mode with lower current. A float charger is unique in that it has the ability to "float" on and off as it...

santa clarita shop to help me adjust my exhaust?

If you still need some help, drop me an email and we can set something up for tomorrow (Friday) evening or this weekend. We normally only work on Fords but in a previous life, I knew a thing or two about NSXs. Seriously, I have done a few header and exhaust installs and would be glad to help...

all NSXs pass california smog test?

    1. There's really no way to test an O2 sensor without a lot of expensive equipment that dealerships don't have. 2. The car does not have spark plug wires. If it was my car and I wanted it to pass, here's what I would do: 1. With a can or carburetor cleaner, I'd spray and wipe-up the throttle...

all NSXs pass california smog test?

While they're at it, you might ask them to check the flux capacitors too. Listen to the advice you're getting here. Drive the car 30 minutes and keep it running before the test starts to keep the cats hot. It'll pass.
