My daughter is being relocated to the LA area for her first job and we know absolutely nothing about the area.
Her job will require her to go into an office in the La Palma area once or twice a week with somewhat flexible hours and the other days she will work from home.
She is trying to...
I also see a number of vehicles with "salvage titles". Many claim the car had minor damage. Are there valid situations where a car ends up with a salvage title but wasn't a heavily damaged car?
Thanks.
Re: DIY Turbo kit
I'm curious as to how many of these kits have been sold/installed to date? I know the NSX community represent a small group in total and even less who want to go this route of modification. I'm currently on the hunt for a replacement NSX for my 91 Silver which I sold for...
Looking at a 91 NSX which lists having a
-Comptech high Boost SC (10 psi)
- JDM NSX Type R high flow injectors
-Comptech E.S.M. (Electric Signal Modifier)
Is the ESM a replacement for the normal AEM EMS? Does this sound like a reliable setup that is commonly used? Seach didn't answer my...

Thanks.

Has anyone done the short gear swap recently and have some cost numbers to share? Looks like the gears might be around $1k and...
So I see that a number of the turbo kits use the TIAL 44mm wastegate. If I understand the wastegate allows someway to bleed off exhaust pressure and reduce the speed of the turbo and thus the boost on the charge side. Any more details on the boost control function and how it operates in...
Newbie to turbo systems question:
What is the mechanism used in the various turbo add-on systems to adjust boost pressure and hence the power output? I see a lot of discussion around the various power ranges for a turbo system and assume that boost is the main determining factor. Is this...
Looking at a 2000 model NSX at a dealer and noticed the exhaust tips didn't look OEM. When I asked what type of exhaust was installed, he said it was a "bullet" exhaust.
Any idea what they might be referring to? I've asked for some underneath photos.

I had inquired about some details on the car through email and got a response of SOLD as of yesterday.
Sounded like a pretty great price...unless there was a story untold.
