Sounds about fair to me judging by the current market I've seen. Remember, the 100k mile cars are more difficult to sell, and the buyer may have become more deparate. Difficult to sell, to finance, and to trade in for a fair price.
My only comment is have it checked out thoroughly by someone local who is experienced. Those are actually pretty lousy pictures IMO. You cannot tell anything by them, accept that the car is shiny!
It's not an option. Options are OEM items that cost extra. Someone went out and spent $15,000 to have the roof cut off an NSX Coupe. Weird? No. Foolish? Yes.
