We are please to announce the newest addition to our services, SubZero
Cryogenic cycling of metals and alloys. This process removes air pocket left behind from the casting of the metals. This extreme cold to hot temperature cycling over a 24 hr. period expands the strength and durability of metals. From a simple part to full motors and drivetrains, benefits from the hardening process and cooling disapation is a very inexpensive insurance policy.

For forced inducted motors the cryogenic cycling process of just the heads alone increases the strength of the metals and disapates heat better allowing safer levels of boost to be obtained

This is just not for automotive parts, we cycle tool blades and bits for C-N-C machines and even guitar strings for musicians. Any metal benefit from the cycling process.

Call or email for an estimate.
ie: Full B-series long blocks $400
6 piston/rods $50
NSX head and valve train $200
