This is the third NSX I have owned; I had my first one back in 1996 and this by far the best. I have been a member of the NSX Club and active member of NSX Prime (main website for NSX owners) for years. I know these cars very well. There is nothing that looks sharper for anywhere close to the money. I personally think this car looks even better than 02 with all the various updates that have been done to it, it is clean looking car without looking like a street racer. It has a known history; I located the car in 06 for a dentist friend of mine in Wisconsin. He purchased it from Prime member Zero-Cool a well-known member of the NSX Club in San Diego. It was the nicest NSX I could find for him by far after looking at a lot of them. In 2008 he asked me to help him sell it; instead I bought it for myself. I did some work to it to personalize it when I got it. I took my old NSX and had the complete suspension swamped, it now has Zanardi Springs with Koni shocks, RM sway bars. I have driven a lot of different setups and this one is my favorite, it only lowers the car 0.5 inches so it is still drivable (does not scrape on speed bumps etc.), the ride and handling is considerable better than stock. I also changed the calipers which are painted red and look fantastic. In addition, I had the AC fixed by putting in two new condensers and having the climate control board (a problem area on these cars) rebuilt, the air works great even in Vegas. I also had all three speakers rebuilt (another known problem) when I sent in the AC board. I then had the seats and interior redone, I used perforated Alcantara for the center of the seats and door inserts. I used high grain leather for the backs and sides of the seats (black), red stitching also had the center console recovered in black leather. This interior looks better than any other one I have seen in an NSX, if you are not familiar with Alcantara, it is used in Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s and F1 cars. It stays much cooler than leather and does not get hot. I also added an iPod connection which is connected in the trunk where the CD player goes and run through the to the center console, it is pretty cool. I had one small accident in the car; it actually rolled into my neighbor’s car, had to have the rear bumper repainted. I also had the top of the car repainted as it was starting to fade. The reason I am selling is because I travel so much I really never use the car and I would prefer to use the money to invest in real estate. No trades. I have title in hand; I could deliver to Los Angeles or San Diego. Look at the list of parts on this car, Tubi, Volks etc. You could not duplicate this car for anywhere close to this money. You can buy an NSX cheaper but price is what you pay and value is what get. Do make the mistake of buying an NSX from a dealer who knows nothing about the cars, these cars are not cheap to fix. There are few minor issues with the car, these are detailed below, any 20 year car will have some items which are not perfect the differance is I will tell about them. I do not want anyone to be surprised, these are all minor and the car is in excellent condition. It is a real head turner.

I will take the car anywhere in Vegas for an inspection which the buyer pays for, there is nothing to hide.

Someone asked if the car had been tracked, I belong to Club Spring Mountain outside of Vegas, we hosted NSXPO's track event this year and I took the car out for a total of 2 laps just for fun. I keep a dedicated track car in a garage out there, the NSX is simply too nice and expensive to track. It was pretty well set up for whatever that is worth. If tracking it is your thing, I will include a free day out at Spring Mountain as my guest after the car is paid in full.

I will take the car anywhere in Vegas for an inspection which the buyer pays for, there is nothing to hide.

Monthly Bump

Price drop to $30K firm, this is because the timing belt/water pump needs to be replaced due to age.

Thought I had the car sold buyer tied up the car for weeks, then tells me the night before PPI he does not have the money to buy the car. So much for being a nice guy and not requiring a deposit. Please do not waste my time if you cannot afford the car.

I have plenty of high res pictures of the car
