AC Issue- Cools poorly when not moving

Cools fine when moving, I would assume the
auxillary fans are not operating? Agree? Had the same problem? Thanks.

Some AC units turn off the compressor at idle. Rev the motor a little over idle and see if the compressor kicks in and starts cooling the air.

My money would bet on the fuses to the AC evaporator fans blew. Happened to me last year. If I'm not mistaken the fuses is under the front hood fuse box?.?. I don't remember.
