AEM Series 2 Question

Hello

I am currently taking off my Comptech Whipple charger and putting my engine back to stock. My question is can I still run my aftermarket AEM Series 2 ECU on stock internals engine? I know longer have stock ECU.

No, the AEM ECU needs to be retuned for the stock engine.

What year is your car? You could sell the AEM setup and more than cover the cost of buying a replacement ECU.

Yes, it can be tuned to run a stock engine and may even get you some gains over the stock ECU. As mentioned, you should be able to buy a used ECU for pretty reasonable pricing.
