Few days ago, I found my ALB reservoir overflowing which I suspect one of the solenoid is stuck open. Since flushing and exercising solenoid is going to be a routing thing, I decided to make a simple controller. I know there’s kit out there already but making my own seems pretty simple. I had all the parts except for the grey connections so I order some from Joe at Cycle Terminal. I made it simple by replacing the relay and just clipping the ground to get power. Pump switch is stepped up for current with a relay in the control box. The solenoids are direct drive from the switch since they are low current. LEDs shows activation. Works pretty well.
