Another Player in the Mid Engine Segment?

This hints that Aston Martin may look at the mid engine segment. Although not in the immediate future.

If they do make a mid engine car to compete with ferrari and lambos, they already have brand recognition.
I can't wait for 2010-2015... exciting times for battle of the exotics! :smile:

Funny how Honda is building front engine car to compete with AM and the like, and here AM is thinking about a mid-engined car!!!! The grass is always greener I suppose.

I didn't consider that, yes it is ironic. The proposed NPX name seems a little close to home as well.

The front view is beautiful in my opinion.

Some how I don't think that will happen. AM was recently sold to Dave Richards and his investers have little fund to develope a brand new plateform. Nice article, hope it does happen.
