Are there any specific guidelines for posting responses to classified ads?

I posted a reply to a couple of threads recently that got deleted with no reason:

- "Amazing. You don’t see these every day...." in http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=210586
- "Love the black top on this!" in http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=210088

Replies that have nothing to do with the sale get deleted as improper bumps. These include “glwts”, “I love these”, “ I would buy this if....”, etc
