Can't help you with backup camera, but adapters for iphone / bluetooth available here- they connect to CD changer cable.

For back-up camera (& navigation, temp, etc.) this worked for me:

Add GPS Navigation to clock spot, + outdoor temp, back-up camera, traffic, radar

I missed having a backup camera and Navigation so I designed this. While not as slick as the NavPod, you can print it to bolt right in and replace the stock digital clock with a 7” Garmin Nav unit in minutes. Although you lose the clock display, the GPS can display the time in the bottom corner...

Have a look at what @oneplustwo did for apple integration.
I really liked how easy it was to add the battery backup camera to my Garmin with no wiring needed.

For sound, I recommend GROM unit as per @centerpunch. Connects to anything via bluetooth and gives you skip function using FF on factory stereo. I added a tiny Bluetooth FF/RR/vol+/vol- to control my phone and keep the phone out of sight.
