Ceramic/SS Headers??

I have seen both Ceramic coated and normal standard Stainless Steel Headers for sale...
They both cost about the same as far as I can tell...Are there any advantages to either one? What does the Ceramic Coating do? aside from better insulation?(Why would you want better insulation on headers?)

I have had Comptech ceramic coated headers and they started to rust out. I switched to RM stainless steel headers and will not have to worry about rusting out.

Why would ceramic coated SS headers rust??

Apparently the ceramic coating insulates the exhaust header which helps it retain heat so it can evacuate exhaust gasses more easily.
