The other day I ordered a couple of items. I got an IMMEDIATE response. Mark said the items were in stock and would go out that day and he would give me a tracking# later. Well, there it was later that day + an email from DHL letting me know arrival date. It arrived on the day promised, in excellent shape. Very pleased:biggrin: Would do business with Mark in a N.Y. minute!
