DRL Canadian Control Unit I need Help !!!

I started pre wired according to the Manual. It was not easy. I bought new connectors and even wires that match the colors. I'm a bit stubborn

Stubborn, but also courageous. I lack the confidence to mess that much with stock wiring for fear of unleashing impossible-to-find electrical gremlins, but you will be able to duplicate the the "foggish" DRL's in the A/C openings. I admire your exceptional dedication to the OEM stock.

@centerpunch has such an elegant solution with the switchback LED's in the turn signal blinkers, I couldn't see doing it any other way. I'm very happy with it. Much better looking than the LED strip hanging down imo. It also avoids the important, but seldom discussed, problem with bright DRL making it hard to see your front turn signals when the DRL are on. This was definitely an issue on some of the NSX's that were following me at NSXPO this year. Check out the videos of mine & @centerpunch here:

I bought used OEM Fog lights. But I don't like the front of the car with them. Similar to the European version. I also hate the European version with headlight washers mounted in the bumpers.

I finally bought bulbs with two colors of light. I didn't know that Honda used an orange reflector in the lamp. I never changed this bulb. I thought she did it by installing a colored bulb, but they weren't in use then. Unfortunately, I was faced with another choice that I don't like. Removing the orange reflector. Because my turn signals were in poor condition, they had stone chips. I ordered new ones and decided to use the old ones for testing. The first attempt was crazy and brainless. screwdriver and pliers. I don't recommend it and I'm ashamed that I let my friend talk me into it. I started the second one alone. I separated the clear plastic from the housing using a small Dremel router and a magnifying glass. The effect was good. Unfortunately, I used the wrong cyanoacrylate glue to glue it together. The fumes released settled inside and covered with fog. Disappointment. I bought new glue and see for yourself. Now all I have to do is work with the new turn signals - wish me luck

It wasn't an easy job. Because I didn't recognize it earlier (orange reflector). The end result seems quite simple - you could buy two-tone bulbs to go the way TURKEY WILD pointed out to me. It's interesting that two people from different continents come up with the same idea. To sweeten my work, I am left with the "logic" of the relay. The DRLs only turn on when you release the handbrake, etc.

Thanks for documenting this. I have a few questions:

Did the Mitsuba RZ-0138 plug into the factory harness behind the glove box? After adding a fuse did it power the front connectors under the lights? Did you need to add any additional wiring? I am thinking about using the clear turn signal lenses. Based on what you have done is there any reason you think the clear turn signal lenses would not work?
