Experience with National Auto Exchange in Alsip, IL

I am wondering if anyone in the Chicago area has had experiences with National Auto Exchange in Alsip, IL. I'm looking to buy a 1998 Land Rover Discovery from them and would be doing so in via an out-of-state transaction.
