I think I know the photo you are referring to. The track went black due to fluids in turn 1 so the cars came into the hot pits to wait and the instructor took off his helment to cool down.

Very interesting track. Seems like there is a lot of run off room but yet they still throw in some bumps here and there to increase the pucker factor and unweight the wheels. Lots of late apex's and the one right before you go under the bridge looks like a tricky one.

Looks like a fun and safe track with good pavement.

Nice driving Bob and the video and logging is really cool.

It was my first time there and the track is a good school track.Pretty easy to learn for us instructer types and the feedback from our students was positive.I liked how smooth the pavement was and consistent grip.
