I got quoted from a local dealer and I wanted to know if this is good deal need you guys input!

MSRP: 172000
Incentives: 20000
Dealer discount: 12000

They are willing to let go for 140,000

Is this a good deal up to date?

Looks like a good deal to me. Really, in the grand scheme of things, when you’re spending over $130K on a car, is a thousand here or there going to make a difference?
