Got boned by an Australian on a nother car forum

Just a quick post to see if anyone from Prime can validate whether the address attached in my other other post is indeed valid or just a bunch of spunk. Got scammed for a cool grand over the last short bit and trying to see if I can get some sort of police involvement to ascertain if there is anything I can do about it.

Anyway, any help/insight would be greatly appreciated.

I'm from Vic but looking on Google Maps the address appears to exist.

You can see photos of the street on Streetview but the numbers appear to be a little out of alignment.
