Has anyone heard from Mark Johnson lately??

I have been emailing him for a couple weeks trying to get a part or a refund and not one email has been returned????

Is he still around?

I have bought a ton of stuff from him with no issue so I am more concerned than anything.

Ok Mark, I have gotten 10 PM's from people saying you are emialing back an forth etc with them soooo WTF? Whay are you not returning my emails?

A simple hey man sorry the cushions have not come in and I will send you your money back will be nice to see in your email...

If you sent money via PayPal, I would dispute it. Based on the numerous people that have been ignored and not received a refund, that is what appears is going to happen to you.

I'm in exactly the same situation except I'm stuck with a damaged $700 cf hood that he said he would replace before he disappeared. Time lapsed on my CC cancelation while I was waiting for him to ship it (like he said he would) and I was unable to make my appointment with paint to have it sprayed. Now I'm left with a damaged raw CF hood and an oem resprayed hood. NOT what I wanted to do. It will be an additional $800 to respray the CF hood assuming I repair it myself. I've had no problems with Mark for the past year and a half. I suppose it's just a matter of time before he burns you. I've heard of this happening before.

I had the same experience, no problems, then placed an order, it didn't arrive, was in stock on the website, and was ignored via email.

I have sent in a dipute but I sent him the money 2.5 months ago I am not sure what there time restrictions are.

You're very close.....I believe it is 3 months maximum. Anything after that will and can not be disputed.

Well it looks like I have fallen with some of you that have done enough Business with Mark Johnson and DALI RACING. I guess he just doesnt want to retain customers like myself and some other select people.


After thousands of dollars spent with this (@&*hole) I have been stolen from.

I sent him 190+ dollars for the tall boy lower seat cushion back in july. Never recieved the part. He now will not send me a refund or reply to an email to atleast tell me to F**K off! Wow. Never knew someone in such a select marketplace such as an NSX specialist could ever just not give a crap about customers.

Paypal will not do anything about it becasue its past 45 days. So I am SCREWED It is obviously not the money but the principal of the thing. What kind of person will steal from you and still sleep at night. I will tell you what kind... The kind of person you should NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!!!!

What a sorry excuse for a vendor!
