I ordered a set of resonated test pipes and a Pride V2 exhaust (with thick-walled tips) from Mark a few months ago. I finally got around to installing them and noticed a bit of a rattle, so I took the test pipes off and noticed that one of the panels inside was a bit loose. I contacted Mark and sent him a pic of the inside of the TP. He apologized and immediately sent a brand new set of TPs in the mail along with a return shipping label, no questions asked. He was also very responsive in his correspondence and very respectful.
I know it's been said of Mark many times on this forum, but he's a great asset to the NSX community. The quality of his products and customer service he provides is second to none - thanks, Mark!!!
