Need Help!!! Soiled/matted Red Momo suede steering cleaning?!

Ok, I need a bit of help guys, I have an all red suede Momo steering wheel that I really like but needs a little cleaning. 9 and 3 seems to be pretty soiled and matted. Do any of you guys have any ideas on how to bring this thing back to life without stripping all of the color?

dish soap and water with a soft brush.

treat it as air filter, after it gets dirty, just rewrap a new suede sheet.

Just accept it as God's way of making fun of you for having a red suede steering wheel in the first place!

This is late but you can actually get suede cleaner. Or test a fabric cleaner and make sure dye does not come out, then a moist hot rag and the cleaner will do work. Let it dry and it should be good to go.
