Man I can't keep up with all your builds, I must be slacking since I've only got 1 on the go lol Damage looks purely cosmetic from the photos can't wait to see how she turns out when your done.

Your shop must be near South and Manhattan. I have a small shop on South and Hale and know that area well. Would you be interested in working on my NSX. I have all the parts for an 02 conversion, just need someone to make it a reality.

doing an 02+ conversion is easy its like having to mow your grass,

you dont want to do it, you dont have to do it, but in the long run it makes everyone happy.

I pm'ed you

small world but I never see any NSX's in the wild.

Shawn, it doesn't look like it but is any of the front inner fender or rear inner fender damaged?

just curious, is this an aftermarket air-deflector, or a stock one on the 2004 cars... Thanks..

EAC no they are not damaged, from what I have taken off so far.
now I have not got under the car yet. but so far all cosmetic damage.

but cosmetic damage still costs money.

insurance companies dont like to spend money, they would rather wash their hands, give you a check, and get 90% of their check back when they auction the car off. in some cases they make money off the sale of the car. give the owner a fee peanuts and a better luck next time speech and laugh all the way to the bank.

I am tring to take pics of every single thing to show how the damage was not that bad.

thats stock brake air deflector. they are small SOS offers a much bigger one in CF keeps your brakes cool

When it's needed, do you do the pulling yourself or do you have a frame shop that does the work?

Wow, another one. Subscribed!

EAC when its needed I have a frame shop pull the frame.
if I cant do something I will have the car towed to a pro and let them deal with it. LOL

Ok guys waiting on the carriers to pick the red NSX up and did a little work on the 2004.

now the previuos owner had installed a custom muffler and this thing looks bad ass. and guess what is fixable LOL I wanna put this on my car

yikes it was bent during the spin out but Im gonna bend this thing back to shape. the only thing bent was the center part Y pipe, both cats are fine.
the muffler was secured with clamps so the hit just pulled the clamps off bonus

That's very unusual looking, don't think i seen one before. Looks like a bunch of clamps which means very adjustable but also possible leak locations.

Mike

ok guys didnt really do much today but move cars around to make it a working shop and not a cluster F-k  re-installed the 2X4 suspension and put on my fat fives. LOL what if honda used these rims thru the whole NSX run ugglly
snapped a couple for the Gear heads.

Shawn, aren't those fat fives supposed to NOT fit over 97+ brakes ?!

you can't imagine the thrill i have scrolling through your build threads.... amazing...

Nuno

they will not fit IF the rotors and calipers are installed LOL

this car didnt come with brakes or rotors, or a few other things

Shop looks nice and clean. Looks good so far, does the trunk close and latch correctly or does it need adjustment? Can't tell from the photo - I was curious.

My recommendation - rather than OEM panels, order the Madonna widebody kit and install that instead.

you know 3 people have told me to do the madonna Kit.

anyone got a few pics of this kit. I have seen the kit in photos but not in person.

pics guys..

i think the madonna kit isnt bad, but like the otherwidebodies out there; IMHO its just a matter of time before they will one day look very very dated not to mention much more difficult to sell if need be

imho
