The latest information is that the Agua Caliente Resort & Casino, will be the event hotel. Agua Caliente roughly translates to "hot water". I looked on line at room rates and they were a bit high for a country boy. I hope the organizers negotiated a good deal. Anyway I'll be looking for someone to share a room with. Howard

Our negotiated rate is less than half of their usual room rates.

Just to chime in, right now rooms are $259 for just about all room options excluding larger suites. Less than half the normal rate would means rooms should be closer to $380 right now. Still, the negotiated rate is still better than $259 but it's not anywhere close to "less than half the normal rate".

Rates always fluctuate throughout the year but their rack rate generally is around $345. Not sure how you are calculating $380 which would imply our rate is around $190 which it is not.

And the cheapest room listed for our dates right now is $289 per night.

I was looking to renew my membership and noticed that there is no area for renewal. I was going to just sign-up but did not want to generate another "new" member number. Do we just need to make a note on the sign-up form?
