Kids...and I think we are approximately the same age...

I think so too. I had my first two by my third year in med school. 33 yo (lawyer), 37 (pulmonologist/intensivist), 39 yo (dentist). That was a crap ton of tuition

Ha I'm now remembering your early family start... that is a tough road having kids during training...My senior is entertaining premed....I'll be interested in how quickly AI permeates medicine..
