On my 2nd NSX (91,92) and I have noticed that the middle front strut bolt plastic thingy keeps poping off. I have all of them on my new car but nearly lost one but I re-attached it b4 it came off. I'm going to have to put some tape over these babies.

Never had that happen to my 92 either stock or lowered. I still have all of mine.
I take mine off occasionally to clean under them...yes, I know, it's a sickness.
I noticed that a couple caps come off easily so I used my stand by product to stick stuff together. Shoe Goo. Put a little under the cap and stick it on. It provides enough adhesion to keep the cap on there, but is removable later if you need to remove the cap. Clean up is easy too.

I've never really worked under the hood..... my believe is that they pop off by themselves... perhaps if your area has excessive pot holes???
Mine does the same thing, I even had to order a replacement because I lost one.
