I want to buy the parts necessary to fix the slow Windows.
I've read that the man to talk to is Hugo, however I've read recently that he is moving and busy and there have been comments that he isn't easily available. I've also seen that SOS has some window parts. Has anyone had any luck with Hugo recently, or has anyone used the parts from SOS?
