Guys just a thought as I was reading the thread. No where is it mentioned the advantages of these SOS bars versus the Comptech, Lovefab, STMPO, or others. I assume they are stiffer than OEM, but they appear almost identical to the Comptech minus the small flat tri brace at end? The SC bar does look different though. Can SOS provide stiffness and thickness numbers? Otherwise I just don't see the reason other than wanting something with barely noticeable different look. I do appreciate the effort on putting this together. Never knew they even made brace those. Just thought that might get you those last two spots. Info might help.

01a4man I just got a response from Chris at SOS and we have good news for you. These can be ordered "unfinished" however the price with be the same as the anodized bars. Hopefully this might get our 3-4 needed buyers. Please confirm a.s.a.p.

Thank you to Darrin for putting this together! A quick recap:
1. there are two models available:
Standard model (fits SOS SC & CTSC. Will clear oem targa top or nsxr mesh): Original Retail was $795.00 (group buy price: $735.00)
Intercooled model (fits intercoolers up to 1.3" with ScienceofSpeed supercharger kit) won't fit with targa cover or nsxr mesh): Original Retail $875.00 (group buy price: $815.00)
2. there are three finishes available: clear (silver) anodized, black, raw (unfinished). The clear (silver) anodized will look identical to the unfinished bar. We're not sure why someone would want this, but it was requested, so it is an option. Please note: intercooled models are available in black only.
3. the deposit is 50%. This deposit is non-refundable. You can complete your payment for the deposit with the links below. The balance, including shipping (which is about $20-25 depending one where you are in the country) will be due once the bars are ready for shipping.
4. the production time is 4-6 weeks from the date the minimum deposits are received (10 sets). We will post when 10 have been received.
5. an optional bracket, grommet, and hardware kit is available for $38.50. This allows your factory pop rod to be used with your targa cover. This is not needed if you do not have a engine cover or if you have the NSX-R engine cover, which uses its own pop rod.

The group buy pricing is available until a minimum of 10 orders have been received, or 6/1.
