SRS light?

Is the SRS indicator on the cluster suppossed to come on for a few seconds then go off? I just noticed that mine never comes on at all.... Just wondering what's normal?

Mine comes on for about 1.5 to 2.0 seconds and then turns off.

Yes, it is. It's a check system that makes it harder for people to mess around with the airbags. All of your warning lamps should turn on at start up then turn off.

Mine just recently has started STAYING on . Is there a checklist that anyone knows of to troubleshoot it?
