can nsx use the s2000 steering wheel?

In theory yes, but I don't know that you would want to.
In theory, yes you could likely find a hub adapter that would allow you to use one wheel on the other, and hook up the horn and other things. The big danger here is that the Airbag and the various sensors for that system are interconnected in a way that could make that a very dangerous proposition. Also, air bag size, inflate speed, resistance, etc, are all custom factors for the NSX and for the S2000 respectively. And are not interchangeable.
Can you do it, sure, probably, but I wouldn't bet my life on it.
