To get ready for NSXPO I ordered a front and rear set of Carbotech XP8 brake pads. When I opened the box to install them the day before the HPDE, it only contained the front pads. I reached out to them and was promptly told no refunds would be issued unless the product was returned. How am I supposed to return something they didn't send? In any event, I responded that I just want the pads I paid for and if they would send them that would be the end of it. I have heard nothing for almost a week. I ended up having to go up and down the paddock begging for used brake pads and my car was down for almost half the event after I burned up the remaining OEM pad material.
