That looks like an old license exp in 2000.

Yes, and the Automotive Repair Enforcement Unit can find no current license searching for NSX Modified, the address of Larry Garcia's business or under Larry's name.
This story has taken several ugly turns for the worse which I will be elaborating on shortly.
At this point I will say only that Larry Garcia has committed multiple frauds in my dealing with him.
I would also be interested in hearing from anyone who knows Bradley Scott Swisher, but has no allegience to him.
