Weird Stuff, Help!

Hi guys, I hope sombody can help me out, with a new problem that has appeared.
Will driving normaly my TCS yellow light use to come on, I took In for repair, and they checked it out and said that the TCS control unit was bad.
Since it was a expensive repair, and I wasn,t very convinced that this was the problem, I've disconected it, by umpluging the wires from the unit behind the driver's seat.
Now the TCS yellow Light still came on!!!! a couple of times and the yellow abs light also, but they show up for a couple of seconds and they go away, this causes a stall like sensation, and the car misses when this happens , and in a few seconds the light goes away and the car runs normaly.
ANy Ideas. Electric Gremlin?

Thanks enzo, but what´s the conection beetween the water pump relay and the TCS or ABS system?
Pretty strange no?
