Weird warm restart idle issue

Recently I've had this weird idle issue. The car will start and idle fine when cold in the morning or even if it's 100 degrees outside as long as it has had a couple hours to cool down. The issue is when I have to turn off engine and then restart it again after say 5-30 minutes. The car will start, but the idle will fluctuate and sometimes go lower then 800 RPM as if it was going to die. Engine doesn't die, just feels that way. I blip the throttle and it would be okay again. Any ideas? Thanks.

Did this start happening after having reset the ecu/no battery juice?
