What could still be holding the transmission case on?

I'm taking out my clutch and believe I removed all of the bolts, brackets, etc... I've got the transmission case opened about 2 inches to where I can see the clutch. Problem is the case won't fully come apart so I can remove it and access the clutch. What could still be holding on? Thanks.

Definately, and BTW, you do not have the "transmission case open", you are separating the transmssion from the engine.
