What is on your winter DIY list?

im going to finish the the other half of the red stitches that I started two months ago.
fabricate LED lights for interiors and front bumper.
buy and install suspension
buy and install exhaust
repolish the oem wheels again.
maybe redo the audio system with a double din

that's all I can think of right now.
 
OEM 02 rear valance and downforce diffuser plate

Replace heavy steel rear (only) bumper beam with Al

Front and rear sway bar links

Lightweight battery and tray

Whats this shin-etsu grease i see people referring to?

Short gears, 4.23 r+p , big bore throttle body, sos sport clutch ( by pro mechanic)

the shin-etsu that the person above linked you to is for coating and protecting the weatherstripping.it's especially useful for the front and rear roof seals on a targa,which as you may know cost a damn fortune (about $700 each at a discount).a tube lasts forever,you just need a little bit.

If Shin Etsu grease (Honda) is unavailable, a more cost-effective & readily available analog is Gummi Pflege (BMW) and found just about everywhere.

Valve Adjustment.
Install the KW V3 coilovers that were ordered 3 minutes ago.
Install Dali Racing 1" Track sway bars.
Wipe down for winter storage with M205, some glaze, and sealant.

Sounds like a list to keep me busy for the time being. :biggrin:
 
Bought the car.. and the list expands...

1. Buy a daily driver for nights I have class (working on my 2nd/3rd degrees)

2. Replace/ Restore all worn leather/vynl interior parts.

3. CF engine cover

4. Spark plugs and thermostat

5. Stereo and speaker upgrade

6. Tanabe springs over Bils

7. Push-button start in cig lighter and cig lighter to arm rest

8. Tint

9. CF hood possible

10. Rotors and pads

11. More agressive alignment

12. reinstall factory front spoiler.
 
I just changed out my Bil's for KW V3's, reinforced my transmission motor mount and sent my rims out to be widened by 1/2" for my new 305 RA-1's
I installed a lift in my garage about three years ago its really starting to pay off:)

got bored today so while she is down for few weeks maybe months(snap ring failed). i started a new project.. redesigned the center console..started today still in the early stage but here are the pics so far!! astray delete,relocate the lighter plug and possibly add a cup holder..it will be wrap with carbon when im finished..

Doing right now: Reupholstering my interior with Alcantara fabric





Doing then:

*Carbon fibre skinning of some parts
*New audio system
*Repair AC system (new evaporator and r134-conversion)
*Some service: Coolant, oil, valves, some new gaskets
*Finish up with a good detail job
 
replacing that summer air in the tires....:rolleyes:
