What to do in Vegas?

Hey guys,
I'll be making my first trip ever to Vegas, this weekend. I was just wondering if there is anything I MUST see while I'm there? Where's the best seafood?
I did my motel on Hotwire.com and ended up at the Flamingo. The pics look o.k., but is it a decent one?

If you want a lot of seafood, then go to the Rio Seafood Buffet.

Not seafood but try Firefly, they have great Tapas.

Check out the Stratosphere observation deck around sunset, great view, and ride the Big Shot: 1100 feet in the air and you shoot straight up at 35mph!
