Near San Gabriel Valley, I go to Fast Forward wheels. Talk to Eli and/or Elvis.

They take my vote in your area. They do a lot of work for Rusnak Porsche and other dealers and also do great wheel paint work. They are not expensive but not the cheapest. They are cheap for the quality you get though.
