Wheels Finish - 95 NSX - Is it OEM?

'Ran across this sale on BaT. 'was amazed at the wheel finish. My thought was that it is darker than the factory finish but looks fantastic. More Satin'ish.
Any thoughts from the group? Is this an OEM factory finish for the wheels?

That looks OEM to me. The 94-96 gunmetal wheels had more of a matte clear. The dead giveaway on a refinish is a super wet-looking clear coat.
