WTB: Spare tire parts - Spare bracket, trunk kit (jack, tools, case)

Hi all-

I am on the hunt for all things spare tire related. I think I have a line on the spare itself, but I need everything else. The bracket, the foam tool case and all the tools. Prefer to buy all at once. Let me know what you have though.
