I got my replaced under the 10 years 150K miles emission warranty. But mine is a 1996. Your on the border line for yours, I would still try to work something out with your local Acura Dealer.

I am also getting my alignment done this month too. I lowered mine about 2" front and back with Racing Spec Damper. I'll find out what my guy suggest then. He did a great job on my Benz which is also lowered on 19."

I agree, This happened to my NSX too and it turned out to be the Clutch slave. It was easy to replace and only cost about $100 for a brand new OEM part from Acura. Find out which side the leak is from and how bad. If it is a huge amount of oil, then most likely it is from one of the seal...
